Since 1964, my family and I have been working hard to make sure that the homes and businesses in the valley are provided excellent customer service at an affordable price. We are a family owned and operated pest control company servicing our customers for all their general pest needs all year round. Our company is also located right here in the west valley. Frequently Asked Questions

"Will I need my home retreated if it rains?"

-Once the chemical used is dry after application, it will be resistant against the outdoor elements such as heat, rain, and wind.

"Will I continue to see pests after I have been treated? How long will treatment last for?"

-After the first application, you may continue to see bugs. This is normal, and means that the treatment is working and is flushing the pests out of their nests and hiding places. Shortly after application, you may see dead pests as this is a direct result of coming into contact with the treatment. After a couple of weeks, you will see the amount of pests decrease significantly. However, it is important to get treated regularly so the exterior barrier keeps pests from entering back into your home in search of food and shelter.

"Why should I hire someone to treat my home when I can just do it myself?"

-Hiring a licensed and trained professional is the best course of action as they know how to properly and safely apply the correct chemicals to your home. It also allows them to inspect your home for damage, pinpoint problematic entry points, and identify infestations. Regularly scheduled treatments allows them to adjust their course of action to fit your needs.

"What can I do to prevent pests from returning to my home?"

-During the course of treatment, there may be recommendations from our licensed exterminator that will help keep pests out of your home. For example, maintaining plant life around your home, identifying doors or windows that are not properly sealed, or even relocating food and drink stored on the floor of your home.
